Traffic Stop Results In Arrest Of Spencer Teen On Drug, Traffic Charges

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A stop for a traffic violation last Thursday evening in Spencer resulted in the arrest of a Spencer teen on a drug charge and several traffic infractions.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a subsequent investigation resulted in a deputy discovering 19-year-old Brittany Marble was in possession of what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.
She was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to use headlamps when required and excessive speed by radar…all simple misdemeanors.

Marble was released after posting bond, pending a future court appearance.

The Sheriff’s Office says the incident remains under investigation and that more arrests are expected.
