(Spencer)– The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has released details into a traffic stop last Sunday that resulted in the arrest of a Kansas man on drug charges.
Authorities say a search of the vehicle resulted in a passenger, 25-year-old Kasey Hayes of Liberal, Kansas, being charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Hayes was booked into the Clay county jail.
