(Spencer)– A traffic stop January 15th in the 4700 mile of Highway 71 in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a Spencer man on drug charges.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy discovered the driver, 40-year-old Joseph Hartzell, had a revoked driver’s license. A subsequent search of Hartzell turned up a marijuana pipe with marijuana in it.
Hartzell was charged with possession of marijuana…3rd offense, driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
