Traffic Stop Lands Nebraska Man In Jail On Forgery, Other Charges

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A traffic stop Friday in Clay county resulted in charges against a Nebraska man.

The Clay County Sheriff’s office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle shortly before 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of county roads M50 and B24 knowing the driver was wanted on a warrant for a forged social security card.

The driver, 34-year-old Isidro Hernandez-Martinez of Ainsworth, Nebraska, was arrested and charged with forgery of a government document…a class “D” felony; driving on a revoked license; and no SR-22 insurance.

Hernandez-Martinez was booked into the Clay county jail where he was being held without bond.
