(Emmetsburg)– No injuries were reported Wednesday with a tractor with a snowblower attached to it collided with a car in Palo Alto county.
The Sheriff’s Office says Justin Titus of Ruthven was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado pickup westbound on a gravel road when it was struck by a tractor with an attached snowblower driven by Ron Naig of Emmetsburg.
Authorities say Naig was blowing snow out of a farm yard and couldn’t see the pickup. The rear of the snowblower collided with the rear of the truck, causing an estimated $3,000 in damage. No damage was reported to the tractor or snow blower.
The collision took place shortly after 4:00 p.m.
