Three Men Face Charges In School Break-In

(West Bend)– Three men face charges in connection with a recent break-in at the West Bend-Mallard High School in West Bend.

The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says the incident took place back in June. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrests of Mitchell Banwart of Havelock, Dustin Forsythe of West Bend and Michael D. Fisher of Ames.

The three are accused of entering the school in the early morning of June 24th causing in excess of $4,500 in damage to the old gym area.

The three men were cited and released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
