(Spencer)– The Clay County Fair Powered by SMU has announced a change in a special guest appearance for the Justin Moore concert. Joining Moore as special guest at his concert Thursday, September 12th will be Dustin Evans and the Good Times Band. That group will replace War Hippies who cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
