(Arnolds Park)-The Okoboji Blue Water Festival has announced the opening act for this year’s festival. KUOO’s Becky Thoreson has details:
The Okoboji Blue Water Festival has announced that Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Nadas will open the festival concert August 10.
Festival Co-Chair Greg Drees says, the group has a large regional following. “This completes our concert card and we’re very excited to have The Nadas kick off the show. They have a very strong fan base and a loyal regional following. It should be a great night of music.”
He adds that the Keynote Speaker and other details for the festival will be announced soon. “The concert is all in place. Now we’re working on our Keynote Speaker and other details in the kids and families area. Stay tuned for details as they develop.”
The festival will feature headliners X Ambassadors at Preservation Plaza.
