(Sibley)– A Sibley man faces charges for the alleged sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Justin Jonathan Aaron Ringheimer of Sibley was arrested following an investigation into a complaint regarding the alleged incident.
Ringheimer was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree…a class “C” felony…and was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Authorities say the arrest was made Monday.
