(Spirit Lake)– KUOO’s Team Joey Radio-Thon Friday took in more than 58-thousand dollars.
All the proceeds will go to the Elbert family to help defray Joey’s medical expenses.

Also a special thank you to area businesses who donated items for the auction.
We will continue to accept donations for Team Joey over the next several days here at the KUOO/KUQQ studios; Y-100, our sister station in Spencer; the Dry Dock in Arnolds Park, Three Sons in Milford and Central Bank in Spirit Lake. Checks should be made out to Team Joey.
