(Orange City)– A southwest Minnesota was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop Friday night in Sioux county.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Joshual Nibbelink of Brewster, Minnesota, after getting a report the vehicle was being driven eradically on Highway 18 near Hull.
Upon investigating, Nibbeling was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; operating while intoxicated…a serious misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; and underage posssession of alcohol…a simple misdemeanor.
Authorities say the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office canine unit assisted in the locating several grams of what’s alleged to be marijuana.
Nibbelink was booked into the Sioux county jail.
