November 22, 2014

(Slayton)– A single-vehicle rollover over the weekend in southwest Minnesota’s Murray county injured two people.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 20-year-old Jessica Juchem of Graettinger was northbound on Highway 59 when a 1999 Chrysler she was driving drifted onto the east shoulder. Trooper say Juchem then over-corrected and went across the center line. The vehicle then went into the west ditch where it rolled atleast once…coming to rest on its top.

Juchem and a passenger, 29-year-old Ramon Luna of Worthington, were taken to the Murray County Hospital in Slayton where they were treated for non-incapacitating injuries.

Severe damage was reported to the vehicle.

The crash took place around 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
