SW Mn. Man Sentenced On Theft Charge In Osceola Co. Dis. Court

(Sibley)– A Round Lake, Minnesota man has been sentenced in Osceola County District Court after pleading guilty to a theft charge in connection with a burglary last year in the Lake Park area.

22-year-old Joshua Fields pleaded guilty to a charge of theft in the third degree during a February 26th court appearance.

Court documents say Fields was found on July 22nd, 2009 to be in possession of stolen property from a burglary that occurred in the Lake Park area.

He was ordered to pay a $1,138 fine along with any restitution. He was also sentenced to 100 days in the Osceola county jail, with 90 days suspended. Fields was also placed on probation for two years with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
