(Estherville)– An investigation into a suspicious vehicle this past Sunday evening in Emmet county resulted in a couple of arrests. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy noticed a vehicle parked and running at the Cheever wildlife area and upon making contact with the occupants discovered they were allegedly in possession of a little more than 12 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 20-year-old Renee Fisher of Estherville and 22-year-old Dominique Johnson of Sahuarita, Arizona were charged with possession of marijuana…1st offense. Fisher was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
