(Estherville)—An investigation into a report of a suspicious person has resulted in the arrest of a woman on a drug charge.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report shortly after 5:30 a.m. Tuesday from a citizen at 1509 385th Avenue reporting that a suspicious woman had been in the caller’s home and that she was standing in the caller’s yard.
Upon arriving, deputies located 27-year-old Heather Mueller of Fairmont. Upon investigating, authorities arrested Mueller on a charge of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and trespassing. Mueller was booked into the Emmet county jail.
