(Sioux City)—Two men and two women, including one from Superior, have been sentenced in U.S. District Court on meth charges.
30-year-old Joseph Hough of Dakota City, 50-year-old Diane Kletsch of Superior, 48-year-old Timothy Lamb of Fort Dodge and 46-year-old Yolanda Hernandez of Donna, Texas were sentenced recently for their roles in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy.
According to information disclosed during various court hearings, Lamb and Hough received ounce quantities of methamphetamine and distributed it to others. It was also disclosed that Kletsch had been receiving meth from Hernandez and had been re-distributing it to others. And according to testimony, Hernandez sold pound quantities of methamphetamine per month to others who sold it to numerous others.
Hough was sentenced to 108 months imprisonment; Kletsch was sentenced to 87 months’ in jail; Lamb was sentenced to 136 months imprisonment and Hernandez was sentenced to 109 months in jail. In addition, Lamb, Hernandez and Kletsch must each serve five-year terms of supervised release after prison. Hough must serve a four-year term of supervised release following imprisonment.
All four are being held in the U.S. Marshal’s custody pending transport to a federal prison.
The case was investigated by the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, the Humboldt and Cherokee County Sheriff’s Offices; the Estherville Police Department; Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force; North Central Iowa Narcotics Drug Task Force; and the Webster County Drug Task Force.
