(Spirit Lake)– Another strong spring storm system will bring the possibility for heavy snow back to the region through the day today (Thursday) into tonight. 4 to 7 inches of snow will be a possibility, along with strong wind causing reduced visibility as the snow falls. Most of the measurable snow should end after midnight tonight (Thurs.). Temperatures will remain well below normal.
