(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake woman has pleaded not guilty to three counts each of insurance fraud, forgery and identity theft. Online court records show the plea was entered this past Friday. A jury trial is set for October 24th.
The charges against Tammy Zemler were filed by the Iowa Insurance Fraud bureau. They stem from incidents alleged to have occurred in July and December of 2021.
