(Spencer)– A Spirit Lake woman has been named the new Executive Director of the Iowa Great Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Cindy Voss, who previously served as Health and Safety Director for the local chapter, has been named Executive Director.
The Iowa Great Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross serves Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Kossuth and Palo Alto counties. The main office is located at 1900 North Grand Avenue in Spencer.
Cindy and family, Dr. Mark Voss and their sons Brice and Seth reside in Spirit Lake.
In addition to her work with the Red Cross, Cindy also has served with many social service organizations and non-profit agencies in Minnesota and Iowa.
The Board of Directors of the Iowa Great Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross made the announcement today (Thursday).
