(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man is in the Dickinson county jail on multiple traffic offenses following an incident late Sunday night.
Court documents obtained by KUOO news show 29-year-old Andrew Phillips was charged by Spirit Lake police with one count each of eluding, speeding, and operation without a registration card or plate, along with seven counts of failure to obey a stop sign and three counts of failure to obey a traffic control device.
Court documents also indicate Phillips was wanted on an active warrant by the Iowa Department of Corrections for a parole violation.
