(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man was sentenced today (Thurs.) in Dickinson County District Court to 10 years in prison on a sexual abuse charge.
Stacy Lind was charged in connection with an incident in October of 2021 involving a teen. He was arrested about a year later following an investigation.
Other charges of incest, lascivious acts with a child and child endangerment were dismissed as part of a plea deal.
The sentence is to be served concurrently with those out of Clay and Osceola counties on similar charges.
