Spirit Lake Man Pleads Guilty To Sexually Enticing A Minor Under 16

May 02, 2023 Steve Schwaller

(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man accused of sexually enticing a minor under the age of 16 has pled guilty to the charge, a class “D” felony. Christopher Ingraham entered the plea Monday during a hearing in Dickinson County District Court. Online court documents don’t mention a date for sentencing.

A criminal complaint filed by the Spirit Lake Police Department when Ingraham was arrested in July of last year indicates the alleged incidents took place sometime between February 1st, 2020 and March 30th, 2020.

Ingraham was scheduled to go on trial soon.
