(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man is accused of stealing a vehicle from a local car dealership. A criminal complaint filed by Spirit Lake police states that 20-year-old Kendel Schmidt was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with 1st degree theft.
The complaint alleges that Schmidt took the vehicle from Motor Inn without consent of the dealership.
Schmidt is being held in the Dickinson county jail.
