Spirit Lake Fire Dept. Responds To Vehicle Fire

(Orleans)– No injuries were reported in a car fire late Sunday afternoon in Orleans.

The Spirit Lake Fire Department was called around 3:30 pm to 14070 240^th Avenue, which is just south of the intersection of Peoria Avenue and 140^th Street. Upon arriving firefighters found a vehicle heavily on fire in front of a residence. They were able to quickly extinguish the fire, which was contained to the vehicle.

The Spirit Lake Police Department assisted on the scene.
