(Spencer)– Three Spencer teens were arrested Tuesday evening on pot charges.
Spencer police say 18-year-old Evan Rausch, 18-year-old Jesse Carlson and a 17-year-old male juvenile were arrested around 10:20 p.m. at 409 Grand Avenue in Spencer.
All three were charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana.
An additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was filed against Rausch.
Rausch and Carlson were booked into the Clay county jail; the juvenile was released to a parent.
