(Spencer)– Add Spencer to the list of school districts in the region looking for a new Superintendent.
Current Superintendent Greg Ebeling has accepted the job as Superintendent with the Pella School District, effective July 1st of this year.
Meanwhile, the Estherville-Lincoln Central School Board, meeting in special session Monday, voted to hire the Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency as a consultant in its search for a new Superintendent. Current Superintendent Dick Magnuson has announced his retirement at the end of the current school year.
The Okoboji School District is also working with a consultant to find a replacement for Bob Miller, who is also retiring at the end of the current school year.
In the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn school district, Lynn Evans has accepted a job with another district, and in Storm Lake, Paul Tedesco is stepping down at the end of the current school year.
