Spencer Public Works Dept. Making Fair Preparations

(Spencer)– Crews with the city of Spencer are busy getting ready for the Clay County Fair. Public Works Director Mark White says the work started this week…

“That includes some additional painting of the crosswalks there, uncovering the lights, speed zone change, and we also clean all of the sewers in the area just because we kind of get an extra use there. We want to make sure there’s no issues for anybody.”

The Clay County Fair powered by SMU runs September 9th-17th.
