(Sioux City)– A Spencer man has pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of possession of child pornography. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa says 41-year-old Leighton Marshal entered the plea last week, admitting he possessed the material depicting a minor under the age of 12.
Jones is being held in the custody of a U.S. Marshal pending sentencing. He faces a possible maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison without parole.
