(Spencer)– A theft charge has been lodged against a Spencer man accused of illegally obtaining cable t.v. service.
Spencer police say 21-year-old Daniel Sefcik was arrested and charged with theft in the fourth degree after investigating a report of a theft Monday in the 200 block of West 3rd Street.
Sefcik is accused of obtaining cable t.v. service from an unauthorized connection to a supply or service line.
Sefcik was booked into the Clay county jail.
