(Spencer)– It’s the end of an era for the Spencer Jaycees. In a statement, the chapter announced it no longer will be holding a haunted house, a longstanding tradition for the group.
The statement goes on to say that “we are incredibly grateful for the support, laughter and screams you’ve shared with us throughout this journey.” It goes on to say “the decision was not made lightly, but we feel it is the right time to close this chapter”.
The Spencer Jaycees thank past and present members, as well as sponsors, volunteers and guests, who helped out with the attraction in past years.
