(Spencer)– Spencer firefighters were called to Shine Brothers at 225 10th Avenue Southeast around 5:30 pm Thursday after another fire unit was investigating an odor coming from a pile of debris. Some smoke and steam could also be seen coming from the location.
Firefighters deployed two attack lines as personnel from Shine’s used loaders and a grapple to break the pile apart.
Firefighters remained on the scene a little more than two hours.
No injuries were reported.
