(Spencer)– A two-vehicle collision Tuesday at the intersection of Grand Avenue and West 9th Street in Spencer resulted in minor injuries to a Ringsted man.
Police say 84-year-old Jerald Johnson of Ringsted had stopped at a stop sign when he pulled into the path of a southbound vehicle driven by 94-year-old Leland Chamberlain of Spencer.
Johnson sustained minor injuries in the collision but wasn’t taken to a hospital.
No other injuries were reported.
$2,000 in damage was estimated to a 1990 Oldsmobile driven by Johnson and to a 1999 Cadillac Chamberlain was driving.
The collision took place shortly after 12:30 p.m.
