(Spencer)– There’s a new face at the Spencer Chamber of Commerce. Olivia Baxter has joined the staff as Marketing and Tourism Coordinator.
Baxter has previous experience in social media, communication, public relations, grant writing and marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and Music from Simpson College and is a 2014 graduate of Spencer High School.
Baxter begins her new duties August 23rd.
