South Dakota Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charges In Dickinson County District Court

(Spirit Lake)– The suspect in the killing of a Sioux Falls man has pleaded not guilty to drug charges in Dickinson County District Court.

18-year-old Samuel Lint of Sioux Falls remains held in the Dickinson county jail while he awaits extradition to South Dakota to face charges in the death of 19-year-old Michael Stevens of Sioux Falls.

Lint is charged with premeditated murder, first-degree murder and two counts of robbery for allegedly stealing a wallet and marijuana from Stevens, whose body was found in a car at a fairgrounds in Sioux Falls on January 4th. Authorities say Stevens have been shot three times with a 20-gauge shotgun.

Lint was arrested January 11th on drug charges in Milford.
