(Gillette Grove)– Voters in the South Clay Community School District Tuesday overwhelmingly approved a proposal to do away with that district at the end of the current school year.
92 percent of those who went to the polls voted in favor of dissolving the district.
It clears the way for South Clay’s assets, territory and liabilities to be distributed to neighboring districts effective July 1st, 2010.
