(Estherville)– Work on South 1st Street in Estherville is going to result in a change as to how businesses in that area are accessed beginning Thursday (Sept. 11th.)
A press release issued by the city late this (Wed.) afternoon says effective at 12 noon Thursday, September 11th, through Tuesday, September 16th, all vehicles attempting to access businesses on South 1st Street should enter from 2nd Avenue South.
City officials say the road will be fully closed for construction near ECCOG and there will be NO access to any business from Highway 4.
