(Undated)– Some important reminders for those who will be traveling Monday: RAGBRAI will likely result in some delays for your commute Monday morning and throughout the day. This especially will be the case if you travel Highway 86 from Milford to Jackson County Road 4. There will also likely be delays at Vick’s Corner, the junction of Hwys 9 and 86. Delays also could be possible at the intersection of Jackson County Road 4 and Highway 71, about six and a half miles south of Jackson. By later in the afternoon Monday, motorists will want to avoid Highway 9 from Superior to Estherville.
In a nutshell, if you travel on Highway 86, Jackson County Road 4, Jackson County Road 25, Dickinson County Road N16 and Highway 9 from Superior to Estherville, you will want to take alternate routes or otherwise be prepared for significant delays.
A number of streets in Wahpeton will also be closed during the day Monday.
