(Spencer)– Spencer Municipal Utilities will be flushing hydrants in coming days in the northwest quadrant of the city. The operations will be taking place now through August 6th north of the Little Sioux River and west of Grand Avenue.
Residents in that area of Spencer are being told to put in their basement sewer plugs. SMU says they could also experience low water pressure and some discoloration while the operations are underway.
