(Spirit Lake)– Congratulations to the Spirit Lake High School Mock Trial Team, which placed third in the region in competition held Tuesday.
They have now qualified for the state competition to be held March 25th, 26th and 27th in Des Moines.
The team was one of two to qualify from our region.
Elizabeth Johnson received an all region attorney award and Ashley Greig, Rachael Tinker and Sierra Miller received all regional witness awards.
Other team members are Anna Coffin, Casey French, Dana Potter, Teesha Hayes and Shelby Smith.
