“There was supposed to be an explosion and they said they could see the flames over the top of the trees. So when we got over there we found kind of a trash pile on fire, established a water supply and then we went ahead and knocked it down. We were there for like two hours. We had to pull things apart. A lot of tires were in there and stuff like that.”
Daly says it isn’t certain how the fire got started. He says the DNR is expected on the scene today (Tues.).
