(Spirit Lake)– An investigation into a disturbance at the Spirit Lake Wal-Mart store early Monday landed a Spencer man in jail.
Spirit Lake police say they were called to the scene shortly before 1:00 a.m. While investigating, officers determined the suspect, 24-year-old Dominique Osuna of Spencer, was allegedly in possession of what’s believed to be marijuana.
Osuna was booked into the Dickinson county jail on charges of disorderly conduct…a simple misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance…third offense…an aggravated misdemeanor.
