(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake city council Tuesday set October 25th as the date for a public hearing on a proposed development agreement with Spirit Lake Crossings, LLC for a townhouse development its proposing at 20th Street and Jackson Avenue, near the school’s former Adminitrative Building.
