(Spirit Lake)—Spirit Lake city hall will temporarily relocate in the former antique store/Sound and Speed building, less than a block away from the current city hall, on Highways 9 & 71.
The city council Tuesday approved a lease agreement with the owner of the building under which the city will lease it for $1,000 a month for 12 months, or longer if need be, depending on how construction of the new city hall goes.
