(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake city council Tuesday approved a proposal to rezone land in the Country Acres Estates and Southern Hills phases three and four from Residential to Multi-Family District following a public hearing that was continued from the previous meeting.
The council voted unanimously in favor the rezoning after learning an agreement had been struck between developers of the golf course resort project and some Country Estates property owners that addresses concerns the property owners had expressed at the council’s last meeting.
