(Jackson, Mn.)– A high speed pursuit last week in Jackson county ended with the arrest of a Sioux Falls man.
Jackson county authorities say it started around 10:30 pm Thursday when a deputy spotted a vehicle going at 111 mph on Interstate 90 near Alpha. They say the vehicle then got off the interstate, continuing at speeds over 100 mph. Deputies say the vehicle came to a stop after running through a stop sign in Bergen.
The 26-year-old suspect, who’s name hasn’t been released, was taken into custody at that location and was charged with fleeing a police officer.
