(Arnolds Park)– A Sioux Falls man is in the Dickinson County jail on charges associated with incidents that allegedly took place earlier this week at a residence on Dewey Street in Arnolds Park.
Criminal complaints filed by the Arnolds Park Police Department charge 46-year-old Waylon Willard with sexual abuse in the 3rd degree and assault with intent to cause serious injury. Willard is accused of sexually assaulting a female, putting the woman in fear of her personal safety if she didn’t allow him to go through with it. The alleged incident took place on Thursday. The complaints also state that the defendant had been physical with the victim the day before.
Willard is being held in the Dickinson county jail on a $10,000 bond.
