(Sioux Center)– A search warrant executed earlier this week on a residence in Sioux county resulted in the arrests of several people on multiple charges.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted early Wednesday morning at a residence two miles west of Sioux Center. Upon further investigation, deputies discovered the occupants were growing marijuana at the residence.
26-year-old Mark Pruisman and 26-year-old Justin DeBondt…both of Sioux Center…along with 36-year-old Melissa Berg of Roberts, Wisconsin were arrested on charges of manufacturing marijuana, child endangerment, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say a nine-year-old child that was present at the time wasn’t injured.
All three suspects were booked into the Sioux county jail.
