Sioux County Investigation Results In Arrests Of Two SW Mn. Men

(Boyden)– What started as a report of a suspicious vehicle near Boyden has resulted in charges against two southwest Minnesota men.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle four and-a-half miles north of Boyden found about 200-dollars in damage to some copper tubing.

Upon further investigation authorities arrested 34-year-old Joshua Kruse of Worthington and 35-year-old Nathan Stamer of Rushmore, Minnesota. Both were charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, criminal trespassing and burglary in the third degree.
