(Orange City)– Sioux county authorities say they’ve arrested a suspect in connection with an incident in which a vehicle was vandalized earlier this month while it was parked about three and-a-half miles northwest of Fairview, South Dakota…in Sioux county.
Based on their investigation, the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Derrick Minor of Inwood. Minor was taken into custody around 10:20 p.m. Monday night in Rock Valley. He was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
Authorities say there was an estimated 2,800 dollars in damage done to both sides of the car.
