(Lakefield, Mn.)– A Lakefield man was injured in a single vehicle crash Friday night in Jackson county.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 89-year-old Arthur Swanson was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Trailblazer northbound on Highway 86 near 760th Street when the vehicle left the road and rolled.
Swanson sustained life threatening injuries in the crash. He was taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Lakefield Fire Department and Lakefield Ambulance assisted on the scene.
The crash took place a little before midnight.
